The fitness module encompasses all your fitness and workout organization and tracking. You will be able to schedule different kinds of workouts, be it cardio like jogging or bike riding, or weight training. Workouts can be scheduled multiple times to repeat daily, weekly on a particular day, after every x number of days until a specified date. For every workout, you are able to provide charting information for that particular workout. Charting is provided all the way to a "set level" granularity. No amount of data collection can be fruitful if no detailed reporting accompanies it. You will be able to view various reports that help you track your progress and assist you in achieving your goals, be it your exercise frequency, types of exercise, body fat changes and weight changes over time, among many other reports. Maintaining your fitness program has never been easier, since from the calendar, you will be able to see what specific exercises are scheduled for any particular day and have the ability to chart those exercises.
The nutrition module allows you to plan in advance what your daily nutrition intake will be. Whether you are following a commercial dieting plan like Weight Watchers or The Atkins diet or if you just have your own custom diet that you would like to follow, you will be able to load the foods and times that you will eat on any particular day. FitRoid packs an impressive database of over 7,500 foods with all their nutrition information as listed by the United States Food and Drug Administration (FDA). This improves on your "nutritional discipline" and you never lose track of where you stand in terms of your nutritional goals. You will be able to track meals, nutrient and calorie intake, measurements and have reports that aid you in achieving your nutritional goals.
The Calendar provides you with a convenient way to access your daily fitness and nutrition information. From the calendar, you can view the journal (fitness and nutrition activities) for any particular day. From the daily journal view, you could also modify, add, delete fitness and nutrition items for that particular day.
